Job Description

As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for

â Develop computer applications using HTML, Java Script, Cold Fusion, and SQL
â Recommend changes and enhancements to existing application
â Periodically perform walk-thru of developed code throughout project lifecycle to peers, users, customers, and all levels of management
â Conduct code reviews with other developers prior to code release to Quality Assurance team
â Perform systems design, development estimates, coding and unit testing
â Reverse engineer existing code.
â Complete assigned technical tasks
â Define technical tasks for assigned projects
â Create and maintain technical documentation
â Develop and interpret data diagrams
â Coordinate with clients, system development and project management
â Work within a structured development organization
The ideal candidate will be involved in:
â Interacting with US based management
â Developing applications for business including e-commerce, dashboards, content management, and other custom web applications.

This position will be required to work India-US overlap hours (2pm-11pm IST) or (1pm â 10pm IST) depending on US daylight savings.

Being a highly responsible position, you will be required periodically to work extended hours based on ongoing customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
â Preferred Minimum of 4 years IT experience
â At least 2 years experience in Microsoft SQL Server is a must
â 2 years experience Cold Fusion, ASP or other scripting language experience
â Required at least 1 year Java Script experience
â Minimum of 3 years experience in HTML is required
â Solid background in data & system design and analysis
â In-depth business experience designing, developing and delivering technical solutions using ASP.NET or Cold Fusion
â Solid experience and knowledge of database architecture and MS SQL required, and experience developing large database-driven Web solutions
â Excellent documentation skills
â Ability to successfully communicate â both verbal and written
â Must be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
â Develop computer applications using visual studio.net in the Microsoft .net Framework environment
â 1 year .NET framework experience is a must
â 1 year C# experience
â 3 years Windows Server Operating Systems experience
â Experience with Agile, Lean, or Xtreme programming highly desired
â Staffing industry experience a plus
â Must be self-motivated and self-teaching, with strong teamwork skills.
â Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and possess the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
