Position: Java Developer

No. of Position: 3

Experience levels:

* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in developing web based applications using Java/J2EE.

Mandatory Skills:

* Overall 3-5 years of experience in Design/Coding Java based web applications
* Highly Proficient in Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Struts, XML, XSL, HTML, Java Script, Web services usage.
* Must have good knowledge of Design Patterns and hands-on experience
* Good understanding of J2EE Framework
* Working knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server
* Be able to enhance existing code and work on new development as assigned.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

* Exposure to Open Source Frameworks
* Knowledge of Web Services and SOA
* Exposure to Software Development Processed and Methodologies – Agile, XP, RUP etc
* Retail Domain Knowledge.
* Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills
* Strong interpersonal / customer relation skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
