we have opening for oracle apps developers with our client.
Team Leader - Oracle Apps:- He/She must have Oracle apps experience, Custom application development technologies. ASP.Net, VB.net,C# and/or Coldfusion preferred. Minimum exp should be 8+ years. It's not a real senior profile of a architecture, Project Mgr ect. Its a 60 - 40 % role. Means 60% people management and 40% he should technically helping is team. That mean's he need to be Hands On with the technology and just not be a people manager.
