Job Description

Looking to onboard a professional Cold Fusion developer to perform full software development lifecycle to deliver internally used web based solutions that fulfill client needs . This position is a Contract - long term opportunity and is based in Singapore
Desired Candidate Profile

Job Role:

Cold Fusion Development - Perform full lifecycle software development on internally used web applications built on ColdFusion technology
Perl Development - Maintain and enhance Perl scripts
Documentation - Partner with business analysts to define business requirements and functional specifications
Technical Design - Design technical solutions that meet stated business requirements and specifications.
Delivery - Develop and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations
Testing - Partner with quality assurance team to develop test cases and support QA responses
PM - Assist with project management by providing task definition and work effort estimates

Skills Required:

5+ years Cold Fusion version 7 development experience with in-depth knowledge of CSS and MX component based framework
2+ years web scripting technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX and XML
2+ years SQL development and data modeling experience
2+ years Perl script development
Working knowledge of MVC frameworks and design patterns
Test driven development experience
Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment, or work independently when required
BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience and knowledge
Prefer experience in the following:
o Cold Fusion 8 development experience
o Flex development
o Java development using J2EE technologies
o Web services development
o Object oriented design using UML
