1) Good at Flex 2.0 framework.
2) Hands on with Component development
3) AS2.0 or above skills
4) Knows any of the frameworks ( Caringorm/PureMVC )

Good to :

1) have understanding of Flash remoting/FDS
2) knowledge of FMS
3) Graphing and charting!
